"10 for 22" HOG RIDE - WINSLOW, Las Marias

10 Rides for ‘22 is an annual H.O.G. member challenge featuring 10 great destinations throughout the country, along with a recommended scenic route for each.

Bubba did all the planning and will be leading this Chapter Ride to Winslow - NOTE THE 8:00AM KSU

7:30 meetup at Superstition HD, safety and route briefing 7:45, KSU @ 8:00am

Bladders empty & gas tanks full - We aren't eating until we get to Winslow so you might want to eat a light breakfast before showing up for the ride.

This will be a full day of riding at 165 miles/3 hours one way (plus our fuel stop time).  Plan on at least a seven to eight hour day, maybe longer if you stop to smell a rose or two.  Hydrate well and pack layers. Expect temperature variations along the route..

We will ride up the Beeline to Maverick in Payson for a bio break and gas. Then we continue North on the 87 all the way to Winslow and stand on the corner. Take a picture or two and submit it to Harley for a special prize. Then on to Las Marias nearby for lunch. Most of us will probably ride back as a group, at least to Payson where we can top off our fuel.
