Saddle up — we're riding to an Arizona legend! 🤠

Our destination is Gallopin' Goose in Coolidge, AZ — a true desert institution since 1935. Cold beer, hot burgers, live music, and Pinal County's very first post-Prohibition liquor license. Cowboys, ranchers, rockers, and bikers have been rolling through for nearly 90 years. Now it's our turn. 🍺🎸

Additional Food for Thought:

Waylon Jennings, the outlaw country legend himself, got his start on their stage. Back before the world knew his name, he played for the locals, bringing that signature sound that would later define a generation. And when Rodney Dangerfield needed a break from the spotlight, this was one of his favorite Arizona hangouts; a place where he could grab a drink, tell a few jokes, and enjoy being part of the crowd.
