Tuesday, April 15th we're heading out to Hayden, AZ for some well-deserved comfort food at Maria's Mexican Restaurant — and trust us, the ride there is worth every mile. 🌵

This little hidden gem is a true mom-and-pop spot with a loyal following and a reputation that speaks for itself. Generous portions, unbeatable prices, and authentic Mexican flavors that hit the spot after a fabulous stretch of Arizona highway. The green chili beef burro alone might be enough to make you forget about filing your taxes. 🌶️🫔

Consider yourself warned — the portions are massive. Plan accordingly!  😄
